Cordwainer shoes

Cordwainer is a Spanish brand of women's shoes whose products are made in Almansa. Just like the very talented and famous Coco Chanel who changed women style with her tweed suit in the 50’s; Cordwainer designs androgynous boots and derbies whose style is directly inspired by fashion of that time.

All the Cordwainer shoes are made by using the traditional Goodyear welted construction, this manufacturing process was traditionally exclusively used for luxury men shoes. Small (r)evolution in the shoe industry that sounds like a real emancipation. Both simple and elegant, Cordwainer shoes are far away from fancy shoes spotted on top fashion designers shows, their shoes are designed to be practical for walking with them.
